Our hidden little Hotel Resort, far from the city noises, is a small paradise in itself; the perfect place to enjoy the benefits of yoga, meditation, walks, healthy meals and the pleasure of being surrounded by quiet and gorgeous nature.

Our team endeavors to give you the perfect balance between activity and rest so that your body and mind will be perfectly able to release any  tension or stress.

You will be encouraged to practice yoga, pranayama, meditation and walks at a level that suits your range of movement, capabilities and, of course, your desire.

By the end of your stay you will feel deeply relaxed, rejuvenated and  with an ear-to-ear smile.


The Instructors

  • Eric Milet
    Since his childhood, Eric has been tramping most of the wild corners of this beautiful and wild region from which his mother's family originates. After working for many years in the big city (Madrid) as a graphic designer, he decided, a decade ago, to come back to his origins and enjoy life in a different way: closer to his inner self.
    Travels, nature walks and yoga are his preferred activities and Eric gradually reinvented himself as a trekking local guide and a yoga instructor.
    He discovered yoga directly from the source when travelling to India and Nepal a few years ago. Now it has become lifestyle. He has been trained as a Hatha Yoga instructor in the Yoga Vidya Gurukul in Nasik, Maharastra.
  • Martine Desitter
    Originally from Belgium but living in Spain for many years, Martine has always been passionate about sports and body movement.  She has developed a strong understanding of physical & mental imbalances in the human body and she is a CYT certified yoga teacher, schoolteacher, nurse and massage therapist. Motivated by her mission to help others, she created her own style to serve people in their own process of healing and growth.

The core elements of our relax and rejuvenate yoga retreat program are daily yoga classes, meditation, walks, tasty and healthy food, ‘siesta’ and sound sleep!


Day schedule and activities:

The retreat offers a full program of activities that run every day, starting at 7 am and finishing at 7 pm. You are welcome to choose to attend all the activities that you want to – or you might choose to simply relax by the beach with a good book!

Cancellation Policy

  • a reservation requires a deposit of 30% of the total price.
  • the deposit is fully refundable if the booking is cancelled up to 25 days before the arrival date.
  • the rest of the payment should be paid on arrival.
