Paired tasting of Vinos del Mar

Taste and learn how do the wines that we age under the sea of Roses Bay evolute. Let yourself guide by a sommelier

This wine tasting wants to be a complete enogastronomic experience designed by our sommelier and our chef, to enrich your senses. These are the pairings that they propose:

  • Blanco del Mar with cuttlefish eggs and persil
  • Blanco del Mar Premium con tuna tataki in three sesame seeds and soya sauce.
  • Rosado del Mar Premium with Salvador Dalí and Rosario's grilled tomatoes.
  • Tinto del Mar with toast of sobrasada, iberico ham and quail egg.
  • Tinto del Mar Premium with a peg of grilled Albera's beef filet.

When: appointed days at 19h.

Duration: 2 hours.

Where: in the Underwater Wines Tasting Room of Hotel Cala Joncols.
