The project embarks on a new idea of ​​aging the wine, to the depths of the Bay of Roses, with the guidance of a sommelier, the initial research and scientific study of the Institut Català del Suro and the collaboration of the Confraria de Pescadors de Roses. The evolution of this wine leads it to position itself as the first underwater winery in Spain, and probably around the world.
