The Diving Centre of the Hotel Cala Jóncols is the ideal starting point to discover the secrets that this corner offers, located between Rosas and Cadaqués. With the professionals of our centre you will be able to enjoy Gorgonia, seaweed, posidonia communities, red coral, caves, vertical walls, lobsters or even sea horses. Whether it is your first contact with the underwater world, or you have already done it so or even if you are a professional, we are waiting for you at the Diving Centre of the Hotel Cala Jóncols to enjoy the underwater activities of the Costa Brava. From baptisms or the first level of open water to deep diving, including underwater photography, underwater video, diving from the beach or from the boat. Wines of the Sea: from the vineyard to the bottom of the sea, and from the bottom of the sea to the table. Yes, apart from a great diversity of underwater fauna and flora, the seabed also holds bottles of the smallest vineyard in Catalonia. These bottles are submerged for 4-6 months in the depths, at low temperature, with little light, a lot of salinity, little oxygen, high pressure, and continuously pampered by the sea currents.
Come and discover, in one of our tasting sessions, the unique taste of these wines, aged in the depths of the Bay of Roses. Guided by a sommelier, these tastings are paired with the delicacies prepared by chef Morgan, from our Restaurant Cala Jóncols.
