On Friday 15 April, the Hotel-Restaurant Cala Jóncols reopens its doors to begin a new season with enthusiasm, and eager to offer our customers a unique stay in this special paradise set in Cabo de Creus Natural Park. This season we have new projects and many innovations that will surprise you. Not without reason Cala Jóncols is known as a pioneer in producing cava with underwater ageing. And since last summer we have had our own vineyard, spread over less than one hectare - the smallest in Catalonia. There we have recovered the red hackberry, a variety indigenous to the Ampurdán region and the South of France.
