As many of you know, the Cala Jòncols hotel is a Biosphere certified space, that is to say, sustainable, zero waste and respectful of its surroundings and the environment. And we want to share all this with those of you who come to visit us. That is why, after living an amazing summer by your side, we have prepared an experience so that you can enjoy all the fruits of the Jóncols family.
THE JÓNCOLS EXPERIENCE is designed for all those who want to experience this place in all its senses. During 1h30minutes you will have the opportunity to taste the products which are born here: Cala Jóncols oil, Cala Jóncols honey, roasted almonds, Jóncols Wine 2019/2020, Jóncols Sea Wines White Wine 2019, Jóncols Water and… Surprise! Our chef Morgan is already working for you to finish with a very special starter, straight from our garden.
In addition, the aim of this activity is also to explain the history of the Cala Jóncols hotel and its values, and to understand first-hand our commitment to nature and tranquillity.
And, in all this, what role will the Smallest Vineyard in Catalonia play? And what about our wines submerged at the bottom of the sea? Apart from tasting the products of our land, you will also have the support of our sommelier who will explain to you all the secrets of this world. Get ready to leave here feeling, for a moment, that you are a real winegrower!
