Our restaurant has a local cuisine: seasonal, garden, sea and corral. The essential thing is that all our dishes always have seasonal products. That is why we also have our garden, a space that helps us to comply with our philosophy and that also facilitates us, on a daily basis, the harvest of fresh products that go directly to the kitchen. And from the kitchen, the creativity of our team makes possible the elaboration of traditional but innovative dishes.
